A MATH PROJECT: WATCH WHAT YOU EAT!

GOAL:
  • Personal Body Weight 
HOW TO:
  • Find out average calorie count per day. 
    • Calorie counts differ per gender by age and height! 
  • Find out, based on your daily diet, what your total calorie count at the moment? 
    • Calorie count per breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Including snacks and drinks between. 

WHAT TO DO?
  • Set a timeline for the personal body weight
  • Find out personal average calorie count per day.
  • Find out your calories you get from breakfast to dinner. Including anything between
  • Find out calorie burns during the day
    • Work out, 
    • Helping mom, dad
    • Walking the dog 
FINALIZE IT!
  • With a mathematical chart
  • Add pictures,
  • Add a complete schedule of your Weight Watching Program
  • Do complete research and accurate calories for each type of food
  • Computer SHOULD be used at this project. 
  • Letter Sized Paper only
  • If you have a smart phone download the apps for diet programs/workouts/
